    • Monday, Wednesday & Friday
  • Alameda Location: 
    • Saturday & Sunday
  • All new members will receive a full movement assessment upon joining

Bootcamp Structure:

Functional Strength Training and HIIT Style workouts

Let's get fancy and utilize all the uncommon and funky equipment such as battle ropes, agility ladders, sleds, landmines, bosu balls... you name it! Summer fun workouts to keep you feeling good and looking good.
