45 Minute assessment on your movement patterns, as well as defining your goal and ultimately giving the best program recommendation for you. 

A personal trainer is much, much more than just providing a good workout out. Accountability and Consistency is the main focus for your training. Your coach will be there for you every step of the way, while you train together in a 1 on 1 setting.

Objectives:

  1. Learn about your body
  2. Create a foundation for your training
  3. Professional guidance in achieving your desired results. 

Movement Assessment will be conducted in:

San Francisco, located at 650 Mission St.

Richmond, located at 5327 Jacuzzi St.

Movement assessments can be conducted via in house, parks or track fields.


In-Person 1:1 Training: average price per session $150
